也不能這么說，不過，國內看的外國科幻小說的確是美國作家居多，其實這和寫作語言有關，現在英語是最為通用的語言，英語作品自然被翻譯得較多。
還有就是德國人較嚴謹，相對比較缺乏想像力，而想像力是寫作科幻小說必備的。
不過，你的一個觀點我不贊同，就是你認為科幻小說作家只是作家，不會去了解專業理論。其實你是完全錯誤的。很多硬科幻作家，他們對於專業理論的了解不次於專業人士，甚至有些科幻小說本身就是專業人士所寫的。

這個我也不贊成。很多科幻作家都對科技的發展作出了准確預言，國外的不說，80年代國內有一本小說《小靈通漫遊未來》不知道你聽說過沒有。在這本小說里，作者預言了很多後來出現的事物，其中就有無繩電話。事實上，前幾年的無線市話命名為「小靈通」，就是對這本小說的致意。但是，這個作者只是一個作家，並不是科學家。
