也不能这么说，不过，国内看的外国科幻小说的确是美国作家居多，其实这和写作语言有关，现在英语是最为通用的语言，英语作品自然被翻译得较多。
还有就是德国人较严谨，相对比较缺乏想象力，而想象力是写作科幻小说必备的。
不过，你的一个观点我不赞同，就是你认为科幻小说作家只是作家，不会去了解专业理论。其实你是完全错误的。很多硬科幻作家，他们对于专业理论的了解不次于专业人士，甚至有些科幻小说本身就是专业人士所写的。

这个我也不赞成。很多科幻作家都对科技的发展作出了准确预言，国外的不说，80年代国内有一本小说《小灵通漫游未来》不知道你听说过没有。在这本小说里，作者预言了很多后来出现的事物，其中就有无绳电话。事实上，前几年的无线市话命名为“小灵通”，就是对这本小说的致意。但是，这个作者只是一个作家，并不是科学家。
